.D HOLY PROVISIONS AGAINST STEALING (Sacrilege)

..1 TITHES and TITHTING: (10% of income)

• ...a FIRST TITHE--CONGREGATIONAL TITHE:
  Without question, the Holy Scriptures set aside the first tithe (or first 10% of your income) as not only belonging to God (Leviticus 27:30), but also to be given to the Local Congregation (I Corinthians 16:1-2), to help promote and sustain God's works and God's workers.
1. STAFF:
   The principal reason for this tithe is to supply the needs of God's workers (and their families) as they labor for the Lord (II Chronicles 31:4-12; I Corinthians 9:7-14; II Corinthians 9:1-15).
2. TITHE OF TITHES:
   All of Our Congregations are required to take a tithe (or 10%) of all the tithes and offerings that they collect, and to donate and send the sum on up Our Orgnization, for the support of Our Ecclessiastical Officers and Administrators--principly for those of Holy House or the House of Aaron (Numbers 18:26-29; Nehemiah 10:38; Hebrews 7:5-9).
3. DISASTER of not tithing to be clearly seen (II Chronicles 29:6-9; Nehemiah 13:10; Isaiah 43:22-24; Acts 5:1-5)!
4. FUTURE REALM:
   While all our members are now encouraged to tithe to their local congregation, in the Future, all subjects shall be expected to pay their Congregational Tithe. Members of Our Congregations, or members in good standing with other acceptable denominations, will be exempt (it being assumed that they will be tithing there). But, non-members will be required to pay the tithe (to the Realm) so as to provide support for God's works, somewhere--it being considered then, like a tax (so that non-believers will gain no economic advantage over those who believe and support God).

• ...b SECOND TITHE--ROYAL OR NATIONAL TITHE:
  All of our members are also to be encouraged to donate a full second tithe (or 10%) for the support of Our Realm's Throne--and the works of Our National offices and programs (Genesis 41:34, 47:24-26; I Samuel 8:15, 17). And, in the Fututre Realm, this is to become a National income tax on all subjects.
• ...c THIRD TITHE--WELFARE OR RELIEF TITHE:
  The wealthier and better off members of Our Realm are to be encouraged to donate a third tithe (10%) for the relief of the poor and needy (Deuteronomy 26:12-14). And, in the Future Realm, this is to become a tax on the upper third of Our economic populace to help relieve the poverty and suffering of the lower third.
• ...d FOURTH TITHE--GOVERNMENT TITHE OR KING'S FIFTH:
  Another tithe is to be set aside for the officers and administrators of the Realm's local government, especially when we become a Nation out among the Stars--and to be divided up and distributed to the various local branches of government (Genesis 47:24-26; Matthew 17:24-27, 22:17-21). But, untill then, members are to be taught by this to pay their own government's income tax and other taxes!
• ...e FIFTH TITHE--PARTNERSHIP TITHE (Nobles):
  Exceptional members are to be encouraged to find another ministry (perferably within the Realm or Our Collection of Congregations) to give personal support to and tithe (10%) to, if possible (Matthew 19:8).
• ...f FULL TITHE--FORSAKING:
  This is mendancancy or voluntary poverty, where all of one's income is dedicated to God (and you only live on what the Realm, and Our collection of Congregations, may supply for your needs). This is required of all who want to be Apostles or Prophets for Our Realm. But, it may be encouraged in others, such as Monks who want to dedicate their lives to the study of some subject or field for God's glory (Matthew 13:44, 19:16-29; Mark 10:28-30; Luke 5:11, 14:33; Acts 4:34-35). Moreover, it is somewhat similiar to Total Offering, below.
• ...g TAX RELIEF:
  As given, the THIRD TITHE is to be collected from the upper third of Our population's economic strata (those who earn the most money). In a similar manner, the FORTH TITHE and PARTNERSHIP TITHE (of Nobles) is also for the upper classes of Our economy, that those who get the most blessing from Our Realm are the ones who contribute to its suppport the most, also! (Moreover, that the FULL TITHING only be expected from those who are so greatly blessed by Our Realm--and God's Power through it!) This would generate something of a sliding scale, so that the more money you made, the more would be the percentage of income tax that you would be expected to pay. (Consequently, the poor would be exempt from most taxes--encouraging each local government to increase the earning power of its poor, that their tax base would grow, rather than depleting this earning ability more, so as to push the poor further into economic hardships and run them off, so that they will have to relocated to make a living!)

..2 OFFERINGS:
various donations or contributions to God, HIS Works, and the Congregation can be found throughout the Holy Scriptures. These may be appropriate, given the situation, for the individual to help further the support of the Realm.

• ...a RELIEF OFFERINGS--BENEVOLENCE:
  these are donations given to help provide relief of those caught in Natural Disasters or needy situations (Acts 11:28-30; I Corinthians 16:3).
• ...b BUILDING OFFERINGS:
  these are donations given for the construction or repair of God's House, Congregational Facilities, or other edifications as may be needed by the various Ministries of the Realm (Exodus 36:3-4; II Chronicles 24:7-10).
• ...c FIRST FRUITS--FIRST BORN:
  these are donations of the first of your harvests, the firstlings of your flocks, the firstborn of your household, or the first returns of your commercial venture--seeking the blessings of God upon the rest that will come (Exodus 23:19; Deuteronomy 18:4).
• ...d VOTIVE OFFERINGS:
  these are offerings given to verify or confirm a vow--and demonstrate your willingness to pay the full vow, when God fulfills it (Genesis 28:20-22; Numbers 30:2; Deuteronomy 23:21-23).
• ...e TRESPASS OFFERINGS or Sin Offerings:
  these are offerings given in an attempt to mend a broken vow (Leviticus 4:2, 5:4-6, 6:2-3)--especially appropriate for divorces and the breaking of the wedding vows.
• ...f PEACE OFFERINGS:
  for completion or perfection (Numbers 7:88).
1. VOW OFFERING:
   given for the fulfillment of a vow, when God performs your request (Genesis 28:20-22; Numbers 15:3, 8; Acts 21:23-24).
2. THANK OFFERING:
   given out of thanks to God (Leviticus 7:12, 22:29).
3. FREEWILL OFFERING:
   given by the free choice of the Believer out of a willing heart (Leviticus 7:16, 22:18).

• ...g MEAL (Food) AND DRINK OFFERINGS:
  given for God and HIS workers and to support the various celebrations--festival tithe or pot-lucks (Leviticus 6:14; Deuteronomy 14:22-27).
• ...h LABOR OFFERINGS:
  this is work or skilled labor given to God, to further HIS works and to build up HIS Kingdom (Exodus 35:25-26, 30-35; I Timothy 5:17).
• ...i WAVE OFFERINGS OR HEAVE OFFERINGS:
  (Leviticus 7:14; Numbers 15:19).
• ...j BURNT (Cooked) OFFERINGS:
  given to God and to help feed HIS Priests and workers (Deuteronomy 33:10).
• ...k TOTAL OFFERINGS (Forsaking):
  the donating of all your property, lands, and wealth to God and HIS works--usually at the beginning of a ministry for HIM (Acts 4:34-37). While this is similiar to Mendancancy (above), the individual is allowed here to acquire personal wealth later on. Consequently, it is highly recommended to all who are entering some ministry for Our Realm.

..3 COMPULSORY-VOLUNTARY (Free Will):
For Our Congregations, the tithes and offerings are to be voluntary--out of the free choice of the individual giving it (Exodus 35:5-9, 20-29, 36:5-7; II Corinthians 9:7)! However, for the Future Realm, some of these may be required of Our Subjects, like taxes for a Nation.

..4 MYSTERY OF PROSPERITY:
The Secret association of generous giving to God with a resultant harvest of prosperity and abundance later on--God will reward those who pay for HIM and HIS Works (Deuteronomy 8:17-18; Proverbs 3:9-10; Matthew 19:21-22; Luke 6:38; Acts 4:34-35; II Corinthians 9:6-7; Galatians 6:9).

..5 CONFIDENTIALITY IN GIVING:
How much you give (or whether you give or not) is to be a secret between you and God--information not to be shared with the Public (Matthew 6:1-4). (Consequently, we would encourage Our Members NOT to claim their giving on their US income tax form!) However, the only person(s) needing such private information may be the Congregational Treasurer or Elder in charge of collections (and perhaps the Deacon collecting it)--and any subsequent record is to be kept confidential.

..6 TAX EXEMPTION STATUS:
Our Congregations, the Greater Body (and congregations of other acceptable denominations), and their paid workers, are to be considered part of God's Work. Hence, they should NOT be taxed, not by Our Future Realm nor by the other secular governments, Nations, States, or Local Governments where they may be located (Genesis 47:26; Ezra 7:24; Matthew 17:24-26).

..7 DIVESTMENT:
As Spiritual Bodies, Our Congregations (and the Greater Body of the congregations of other acceptable denominations for Our Future Realm), are NOT to hold or operate commercial enterprizes or business ventures, and especially should not own nor operate extensive lands, farms, nor real estate--except as may be needed for their facilities (Matthew 21:12-13; Mark 11:15-17). Rather, their chief source of revenue should be the donations that they collect for their Works for God and HIS Charitable functions. (Consequently, any such item that may be donated to them should be sold or traded on in a reasonable amount of time and used to further God's Kingdom.) For possible exclusions, see below:

• ...a Media Companies to produce and distribute the Gospel, knowledge of God's Word, and the elements of HIS Divine Culture (I Corinthians 9:13-14).
• ...b Schools, Educational Institutions, Day Care, and Spiritual Retreat Centers where people can be taught about God, HIS Word, and encouraged to live according to HIS Laws (II Kings 22:14).
• ...c Charitable Industries for the distribution (and, if need be, the production) of food, clothing, and shelter for the poor and needy, and infirmed (Deuteronomy 15:7-11; Proverbs 19:17; Luke 6:30, 34-35).
• ...d Medical Facilities and Health Care Services to care for the sick and infirmed--especially of the poor and needy, who may not be able to get adaquate medical attention elsewhere (Matthew 21:14).
• ...e Fraternal Insurance Companies to provide non-profit insurance coverage for the Members of Our Congregations or other members of the Body of the Faithful--and to especially come to the aid of Our widows and orphans (Exodus 22:22; Deuteronomy 10:18, 24:17; Psalms 146:9; Isaiah 1:17; Jeremiah 22:3; James 1:27).
• ...f Credit Unions to give no-interest or low-interest loans to the Members of Our Congregations or other members of the Body of the Faithful (Exodus 22:25; Leviticus 25:35-37).
• ...g Accouterment Industries to manufacture and supply the articles, equipment, clothing, instruments, furniture, and other Sacred Items and Holy things needed for the various Worship Services and other Congregational Activities (Exodus 35:21-35, 30:22-23).
