SCRIPTURAL PERVERSIONS (and Sex Crimes)

..1 ADULTERY (Biblical Adultery):
adultery is consider a BIG and major perversion, but we have covered that well in the above article on Specific Adultery. (See above.)

..2 BESTIALITY:
sex with animals (Exodus 22:19; Leviticus 18:23, 20:15-16)--this would also include genetic engineering to produce hybreds or mutans (human-animal half-breeds). Moreover, it would make marriages with such hybreds or mutans very questionable, as such mules are often sterile (thus blocking the Command to reproduce) and if such reproduction were to successfully occur, it would deplete the human gene pool! Consequently, it is NOT advised.

..3 GYNEARCHY (Matriarchy):
the unnatural ruling of women over men--radical feminism (Genesis 2:18, 3:16; Ephesians 5:22-24; I Peter 3:1-6).

• ...a REIGNING QUEENS:
  Sovereign and Ruling Queens (not mere figureheads), or other female heads of state, are considered a PERVERSION--and a curse from God upon the Nation in the Holy Scriptures (I Kings 18:4, 19:1-2, 21:5-11; II Kings 9:34, 11:1; II Chronicles 22:10; Isaiah 3:12 I Timothy 2:11-14).
• ...b CULT PRIESTESSES:
  the Holy Scriptures warn us to beware of the Cult of the Magna Mater or Great Earth Mother (and its allied secret societies), for their women rulers are a foreshadowing of the Whore-Witch of Babylon (Revelations 2:20-22, 17:1-6).
• ...c CURRENT CURSE:
  (NOTE: One of the main reasons that God has loosed the Curse of Divorce upon America is because we have given such service to this perversion of Matriarchy, even in our Congregations. For, it is a sick form of Idolatry, placing the woman before God in a man's life!)

..4 HOMOSEXUALITY (and Bi-Sexuality):
sex between those of the same gender (Leviticus 18:22, 20:13; Romans 1:26-28)--for it is a foreshadowing of the anti-christ, himself (Daniel 11:37). And though some modern groups like to follow in the Grecco-Roman tradition and exclude the man-abuser as macho, the Scriptures ban BOTH the man-abusers and the effeminates (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). However, this is NOT to say that the Holy Scriptures support GAY BASHING or other acts of violent harassment against such deviants! For, if one is really trapped in this addiction (and not someone's false accusation that it is going on), then God's Kingdom provides legal means of dealing with it (Acts 19:38-39)--that is banishment for those duly CONVICTED at Court of this (1 Kings 15:11-12 and 22:46) OR forgiveness, counseling, and help to over come their addiction for those who will confess it (1 John 1:8-9). ..5 INCEST (Consanguinity):
marriage or sex with near relatives or close kinfolk, especially those of your own bloodline. Now, while the Pagans of the wicked world tend to believe that marriage or sex with one of them means you are open to sex with all their family group, the Hebrew attitude is very much against incest, with its major forms being abominations and capital crimes--and its minor forms accursed with barreness!

• ...a CAPITAL INCEST:
  acts of incest that the Law requires the death penalty for:

  1-sex with father's wife (your mother), including step-mother and father's divorced wife (Leviticus 20:11; Deuteronomy 27:20; I Corinthians 5:1-2);
  2-sex with sister or half-sister (Deuteronomy 27:22; Leviticus 20:17; II Samuel 13:1-4), except where the half-sister may be needed to preserve the royal dynasty (Genesis 20:12);
  3-sex with a daughter (Leviticus 19:29);
  4-sex with daughter-in-law or son's wife (Leviticus 20:12);
  5-sex with a step-mother or step-daughter--including a grand-daughter (Leviticus 20:14).

• ...b ACCURSED INCEST:
  acts of incest where the person is to bear their iniquity for the rest of their life and die childless--as accursed

  1-sex with aunt, either father's sister or mother's sister (Leviticus 20:19);
  2-sex with uncle's wife, either father's brother's wife or mother's brothter's wife, even if she should be divorced (Leviticus 20:20);
  3-sex with brother's wife, even if she is divorced (Leviticus 20:21; Mark 6:17-19), but if she should be a widow and be childless, then she should marry her husband's brother (or near male relative of her husband), to raise up seed for his lineage, as in a Levirate Marriage.

• ...c TOLERATED(?):
  this ban on incest is to be strictly observed, and any exception should be RARE (if not non-existent)! However, the Scriptures do seem to set forth, some, limited, remotely possible exceptions:

  1-a great natural disaster or being marooned on a planet where the relative was the only chance to reproduce, in which case the Command to Procreate would take priority over the ban not to commit incest--a Blue Lagoon scenerio (Genesis 4:1, 5:3-13, 19:31-32, 20:11-12);
  2-Or, perhaps, to keep a Holy Vow (Judges 1:12-13);
  3-Or, for levirate marriage.
  But, these should the rare EXCEPTION and NOT be in common usage!

..6 INFECTICATION:
knowingly spreading Social Disease(s) or Venereal Diseases (Numbers 25:6-9, 31:15-17; II Chronicles 21:13-15; Proverbs 5:3-11; Isaiah 3:16-17)--see also LAW 6.b.3 Social Diseases under Public Health.

..7 LASCIVIOUSNESS (Pornography):
the shameless, open, or public practice or display (or pictorial representation or physical image) of those sex acts that are forbidden, herein--especially if it incites concupiscence or the unnatural desire for what is forbidden (Pslams 101:3; Acts 19:19). Moreover, Lascivious or Pornographic materials need to be distinguished from simple erotic materials--see Tolerands.

...8 LEWDNESS (Obscenity):
either written, vivid descriptions of, OR sensual verbal discussion of the sex acts listed as perverted, herein--especially if it incites concupiscence or the unnatural desire for what is forbidden (I Corinthians 15:33; Ephesians 5:4; James 3:3-6). Moreover, Lewd or Obscene materials need to be distinguished from simple romantic materials--see Tolerands.

...9 NECROPHILIA:
sex with a corpse or the dead (Leviticus 21:11; Numbers 6:6, 19:13)--similiar if unconscious or sleeping (though, perhaps a lessor crime then) (Habakkuk 2:15-16).

...10 PEDIAPHILIA (Child Molestation):
sex with children has long been banned in the Hebrew Community, though usually the provisions against incest and adultery are used to forbid it (and the avid chaperoning of children a strong deterrent to its even occuring).

Traditionally, the right to consent or marry was given to girls as they reached teenage or as they became a woman, with the onset of menstruation (Leviticus 15:24, 33; Ezekiel 16:6-8; I Corinthians 7:36). This was recognized in the Bar and Bat Mitzvah, which served as a kind of Coming-Out-Party (announcing their availablity for marriage proposals).

(NOTE: many States in America use to allow 14 or 16 year old girls the right to consent and marry. However, in more recent times, men (and women)--who think they know better than God--have set about to raise the age of consent to 18, and sometimes 20, or even as much as 21. Such statutory rape laws often catch many unwares, so be advised of your local State laws! Moreover, while such protection laws claim moral and ethical purposes, in fact, all they seem to do is to fill girls with unsatisfied lust and encourage them to whore around, rather than marry and raise a family! I Corinthians 7:2, 9 And thus, fill the streets with teenage prostitutes.)

...11 RAPE:
the use of force or threat of violence to get someone to participate in any one of these listed sexual perversions against their will (Genesis 19:1-10, 34:1-2, 31; Judges 19:22-25). However, rape needs to be clearly distinguished from seduction! Therefore:

• ....a RESISTANCE REQUIRED:
  there MUST be evidence of reasonable, active resistance against the act (i.e. not seduction):
1. SCREAMS, cuts or abrasions of the skin, significant bruises, or other evidence of putting up a fight (or the receiving of medically noted physical injuries) against the act (Deuteronomy 22:23-24; II Samuel 13:12).
2. WEAPON(s) used, or present, to threaten violence not only satisfies the resistance requirement, but also link the crime to the Death Threat under Murder, or at least to Armed Robbery, making a double crime, here!

• ....b INVITATION TESTS:
  no evidence of inviting, enticing, or encouraging the sex act should be present by the woman to the man involved prior to the incident, or it shall simply appear as seduction (especially if no physcial injury was sustained):
1. EXPOSURE:
   no indescent exposure or erotic presentation should have been made prior to the incident, for such exposure is commonly considered an invitation to intercourse (Genesis 38:15, 39:7-8; II Samuel 11:2-4).
2. OPPORTUNITY:
   no sexual opportunity should have been given prior to the incident, such as walking into his or her bedroom (or apartment, car, etc.) or being alone together (in private) is commonly considered intimacy--and an implied invitation to intercourse! Hence, the common Cultural norm for nice girls to always be chaperoned or remain in Public Areas (Genesis 34:1-2, 39:11-12; II Samuel 13:8-11).
3. DRINKING:
   no evident of drinking alone together should be present, as drinking alone with a man is commonly considered an implied acceptance of seducation--AN IMPLIED MARRIAGE PROPOSAL (Habakkuk 2:15-16).
4. REPEAT:
   no evidence of a prior sexual experience between the two should be present before the sex act in question, as seduction forms an implied marriage (consumation) and your partner has the reasonable expectation that you will do it again and again with them, as in a marriage (Deuteronomy 22:28-29).

   (NOTE: However, serious physical injury (medical injury due to forced penetration), even in marriage, is justifiable grounds for prosecution--and divorce, if need be (Deuteronomy 24:1-4; Malachi 2:14-16).)

5. REPUTATION:
   no evidence of previous promiscuity should be present prior to the sex act, as being an easy lay will make other men think that you are easy for them, too--thus the common Cultural norm for nice girls need to take care to guard their reputation (II Samuel 13:2; Ezekiel 16:21-22, 27-30, 38-41, 23:7-10, 48; Hosea 2:2-3).

...12 SODOMY (Anal Intercourse):
whether homosexual or heterosexual, rectal-genital entrance is sternly forbidden by the Holy Scriptures, where the participants are often referred to as dogs (Deuteronomy 23:17; I Kings 15:11-12; I Corinthians 6:9; Philippians 3:2; Revelations 22:15).

Unfortunately, many States in America have added to this ban a variety of coupling positions, as well. However, there is no Scriptural support for this, as a variety of alternative positions can be found there--see Tolerands. (But be advised of your local State laws.)

...13 TRANSVESTISM (Cross-Dressing?):
dressing in public in a manner like the opposite sex or giving the public appearance of being the opposite sex, is strictly forbidden in the Holy Scriptures (Deuteronomy 22:5; I Corinthians 6:9-10). Consequently, men and woman are to be encouraged to dress differently and distinctively, so that they can be easily distinguished from the other gender, out in public! (See Dress Code in Tolderands Section.) Moreover, such activitiy may include homosexuality (above), making it a double crime. In addition, this ban also forbids sex change operations (Deuteronomy 23:2).

However, cross-dressing in private, between husband and wife, may be a different matter--see Cross-Dressing under Tolerands.

...14 WITCHCRAFT (Cultic Harlotry):
sex with demons, evil spirits, or false gods (or goddesses). Usually, this involves some kind of sacred or temple prostitution where the prostitute-priestess acts as a medium or whore-witch to the unclean spirit, so that sex with them acts as becoming one flesh with evil (Genesis 6:2-3; Exodus 22:18, 34:15; Leviticus 17:7, 20:5-6; Deuteronomy 23:17-18; II Chronicles 33:5-6; II Kings 9:22; Hosea 4:12-13: Micah 1:7-10; Nahum 3:4-5; I Corinthians 6:15-16; Galatians 5:20; Revelations 17:1, 15-16, 19:2)--often producing immediate possession (Hosea 4:11)!

As to the generally reputed special powers or magyck that such relations are claimed to bring, see Idolatry. And for use of potions or hallucenogenic drugs (supposedly, to get such ESP powers or Magyck), see Sorcery, under Idolatry. Moreover, witchcraft often involves other perverions, such as bestiality (for familiars), which would make it a double crime.

However, this kind of Cultic Harlotry needs to be clearly distinguished from simple or common prostitution--see Prostitution under Tolerands.

PIMPING - (White Slavery):
Though it may be bad enough (yet, perhaps tolerable?) for a woman to choose to defile herself and whore around, it is quite another matter for her to be forced (coerced, extorted, blackmailed, etc.) to defile herself--treat at Rape, above. Moreover, if the man in question has so coerced more than one woman into such activity, treat as Organized Crime under High Crimes! For Our Realm will not tolerate such abuse of descent women!

(NOTE: Furthermore, as it was this practice of Cultic Harlotry that brought the downfall of the Nation of Israel in Ancient Times (being both Adultery or sexual perversion AND Idolatry, together), it should be doubly warned against!!! And vigorously enforced to preserve this ban for the security of Our Realm!)

...15 PUNISHMENTS:
Perversions (and Sex Crimes) ARE Capital Crimes and thus the punishments for them are similar to those punishments found in Murder and Violent Crimes. (See, also LAW 6.A.4.a CAPITAL PUNISHMENTS.) However, we must also realize that sex is an emotional experience and often a crime of passion, and God's Law is not to be applied without care and compassion upon the weak willed and infirmed. Consequently, punishments for sex crimes are generally prescribed to be lessor than those more dangerous Capital Crimes. Thus, banishment (or excommunication) is normally given (rather than execution) for those duly CONVICTED at Our Courts--or the slavery option may be employed, if the convict wishes to remain in Our Realm. Moreover, forgiveness, counseling, and help (therapy) to over come their sexual addiction is to be given for those who will confess it, and repent of such wickedness (1 John 1:8-9).

Translation Note:

BIBLICAL FORNICATIONS?

However, in more closely examining the Scriptures, I think that God's point is being missed here. And perhaps some of that comes from this slight mis-translation. For, if you look for the context clues as to where the term is used, and functionally defined, in the Scriptures, you come to the Great Council of Jerusalem (Acts 15:19-21). And, there, the definition clearly implies not just unmarried sex, but rather the whole list of those items that Moses taught as perverted, and thus taboo or banned from practice (i.e. sex crimes).

Consequently, it would be our assertion that fornication is too limiting a term, for only unmarried sex is NOT being discussed here, but rather a more general term, such as the word perversions might better cover its true meaning. Or, to use the term fornications (in the plural) so as to indicated that just not unmarried sex is meant, but that all the other banned sex practices are included, too. (Such as we have listed here, in this article.)
