With our return rate being virtually non existent, we can guarantee all of our Epoxy and Epoxy Carbon sandwich flat stock battens against breakage for the life of your sail. Unfortunately because of the way they are constructed, this guarantee does not apply to any of our tube battens.

CONSTRUCTION: Our battens are constructed using all undirectional 'E' fibers in a proprietary epoxy resin matrix. We use a unique rolltrusion process with a precise balance of glass to resin mixture which is monitered several times daily. This allows us to produce battens for optimum performance and durability. We produce superior battens that will take more punishment than any of our competitors.
 
For those who are looking for a stiffer version of our standard epoxy batten, we offer our Solid Carbon Bar batten.
