EXPUNGEMENT OF CRIMINAL RECORDS

At any time after the lapse of three years from the date of a criminal judgment in Oregon, a defendant who has fully complied with and performed the sentence of the court may apply for entry of an order setting aside the conviction. Arrests can be set aside in certain instances as well. If you have other convictions besides the one that you are seeking to expunge you may not be eligible for expungement, depending on the type of conviction and when it occurred. My office can provide legal advice regarding applying for expungement of your conviction based upon the circumstances of your case.
